Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can initiate a return or cancellation request directly through your customer account at https://account.bemyamora.com.
If you checked out using only a phone number (without an email address), please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request.
Returning Your Items
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the items to us. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. We will refund the full price of the items, including standard outbound shipping costs. Additional shipping costs (e.g. express delivery) will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
- Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
